Return Policy
Return Policy
We have a 25-day return policy, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be returned to us unused with all Belle Perle tags and labels still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
To start a return, you will first login into your customer account on www.belleperle.com. From the customer portal, you will navigate to your orders and select the order you would like to request a return for. Please specify the reason for your return and any additional information with your request. BELLE PERLE will then review your request and either approve or deny the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is denied, we will send you a follow-up notice as to the reason for the denied request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Serviced Countries
BELLE PERLE at this time does not offer international shipping and currently only fulfills orders within the United States.
At the moment, it is planned and in the process to fulfill and ship orders internationally to select countries within the near feature.
Order Processing
BELLE PERLE orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM PST/PDT, excluding weekends and federal holidays in the United States. Each order takes up to 1 to 3 business days to process before it proceeds to shipping timelines quoted at checkout.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, please expect an email confirmation that will provide you with your tracking information.
Shipping Methods
BELLE PERLE offers free shipping standard delivery on all orders with an estimated delivery time frame of 4 to 7 business days from the date your order has been shipped and shipping information has been provided.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or addresses where hold mail requests have been made.
For security reasons, BELLE PERLE orders require a signature upon delivery. Be advised that should you allow for a neighbor or someone else other than yourself to sign for the package, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Before completing your order and submitting payment, please ensure all shipping information is correct. Should you see any errors upon receiving your confirmation email, please contact us immediately at info@belleperle.com along with providing your Order # and the updated shipping information so that we can make the changes.
In the event that we are unable to update the shipping information in time and the order has been dispatched, please contact the shipping carrier associated with your tracking number immediately and request that they process a “Delivery Intercept” to reroute the package. Terms and Conditions regarding Delivery Intercept are set by UPS, and Belle Perle does not have control of these.
Please note that BELLE PERLE is not responsible for any lost and/or missing packages due to incorrect shipping information. BELLE PERLE is also not responsible for any additional fees due to any services requested to the UPS or any other shipping carrier to reroute a parcel currently on route to the destination.
Order “Returned to Sender”
BELLE PERLE understands that occasionally a package could be returned back to us with little or no information from the carrier. In the event that BELLE PERLE receives a package returned back to us, we will attempt to reach out to you and notify you of the returned package. At this time we will either ask that you verify or update your shipping address. If we do not receive any response back within 5 to 7 business days, we will attempt a 2nd delivery to the original shipping address on file connected to your order.
Should the package be returned to sender a 2nd time, no further delivery attempts will be taken until we receive a new shipping address from you. Please note, that if we do not hear back from you within 30 days of us notifying you have the 2nd failed delivery, your order will be placed on hold, and the item(s) will be put back in stock. Should you reach out to us after the 30 days and the items you wanted are no longer available, we can exchange the items in your original order for current and available inventory. Please note that any price differences between the original order and exchanged order will be processed accordingly.
Missing / Stolen Packages
BELLE PERLE does not have any control of how shipping carriers process your package once on route to your destination. In the event of a missing and/or stolen package, we recommend that you immediately reach out to the shipping carrier to place a Service Request to further investigate the order.
